Hamburg, October 1st, 2019 The Hamburg jewelry and wedding ring factory HCF Merkle GmbH changes hands retrospectively from July 1st, 2019. 100% of the shares are transferred from the previous owner Nils Friese to a new group of shareholders. The sale of the company was a strategic decision to ensure a successful succession.
