HCF Merkle GmbH (supplier) provides the services within the scope of the existing individual agreements exclusively for commercial customers. The customer’s general terms and conditions do not apply, even if the customer refers to them in a standard order form or otherwise in connection with an order and / or even if the HCF Merkle GmbH does not expressly object to them.
