HCF Merkle GmbH undertakes to comply with the legal requirements, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act and the Act on Data Protection for Teleservices, regarding the use of data. HCF Merkle GmbH will only use the data provided to it for the following purposes, as long as it is necessary. By using our website, you expressly consent to the storage and use of your data as described in this declaration.

Our website can usually be used without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. Log files

For technical reasons, the visitor’s browser automatically sends data to the web server during the data transfer (e.g. calling up a page of the offer).
